Het vertelt het verhaal van de manier van leven vroeger in de boerengemeenschappen. Ook is er een overdekte tentoonstelling. Er zijn 56 gebouwen te bezichtigen en de grootste collectie boten van Noorwegen. Waaronder ook Vikingschepen. Prijs is 110 NOK voor een volwassene, kinderen zijn gratis. Het ligt een klein uur rijden hier vandaan. Je komt ook langs verschillende winkelcentra, waaronder MOA. Dit is een enorm overdekt winkelcentrum met winkels en eetgelegenheden.
