Want to experience the thrill of sea fishing in the beautiful waters of the Romsdalfjord (Midfjord) ? Then join us on our Fishing Adventure! We sail among the islands and deep fjords of this vast fishing area.
It is the habitat of saithe, cod, ling, mackerel and herring. You will also sometimes find the king of fish; the halibut. You go out with an experienced fishing guide. He will take you to the best fishing spots and the most beautiful places in the area. He will also teach you the correct technique of sea fishing.
It is all explained to you calmly, and is therefore also very suitable for children. This trip is fun for the absolute beginner as well as the experienced angler.
Why book a Fishing Adventure
- Knowledge: learn proper techniques (pilfering, bait fishing) and learn to read the sea and the weather.
- Comfort: you don't have to sail yourself, just enjoy the fishing. If anyone would like to sail by themselves, this is also possible, but with the safety of good guidance.
- Result: our guides know exactly which spots are most likely to catch which fish. This significantly increases the chances of a good catch.
- Safety: carefree out on the water in a fast but stable boat with life jackets and GPS.
- Including: Even if you don't have sea fishing gear, you can just participate in this trip. Rods and necessary accessories are included in the trip. Or use your favourite fishing rod if you have one with you. Petrol is also included.
- Small-scale and personal: we take small groups, of up to 6 people. Larger groups can take two boats out on the water if necessary.
- Suitable for everyone: because the groups are small, the experience can be easily adapted to the level of the angler. Thus, it is fun for both the beginner and the experienced angler who wants to get to know the good spots in the area.
- Opt for an upgrade (4.5 hours): The standard tour lasts 3 hours. Want time to sail further out and explore the more remote parts of the fjord? Then opt for the extended tour.

- The price includes life jacket, rod hire equipment and petrol.
- The tour takes about 3 hours.
- Opt for an upgrade (4.5 hours): The standard tour lasts 3 hours. Want time to sail further out and explore the more remote parts of the fjord? Then opt for the extended tour, which costs NOK 1,195 for the entire 4.5-hour tour.
- The tour will go ahead if a minimum of 2-3 people register.

we spent 2 wonderful days here combined with a fishing experience with Dennis. the kids enjoyed the dogs had a bit of freedom. and we the peace of a beautiful place.
What a wonderful experience we had. We had not booked in advance, but there was a place for us. Everything we needed for a nice stay and a great fishing experience was here. Nearby are beautiful hiking trails without mass tourism. We also booked FishExperience. Guided by Dennis, fishing on a boat among the fjords and enjoying all the views.
Beautiful location, view of the fjord, so glad we found it. Dennis and Anneliese were very welcoming. I was able to go on a fishing trip with Dennis in the evening, which was magical. Good catch that night. We stayed two nights, some hiking in the area. Toilet emptying is possible and fresh water. Shower and toilet in annex/guest house.
We had a great time here. Stayed one more night and went on a fishing trip with Dennis. It was a great experience, also for our son. Even for non-fishermen like us, everything is explained and helped. Thanks again very much.

- Boat rental: We rent seaworthy boats to go up the fjord by yourself.
- Fishing Adventure / Fjord Safari: Less experience? Book a trip with an experienced guide. He will teach you the secrets of sea fishing and show you the most beautiful spots.
- From the shore: You can also enjoy casting a rod from the pier.
Strategically located between Molde and Ålesund
Not only on the water, there is also plenty to do on land here. Our location in Vestnes is the perfect base for day trips in the Møre og Romsdal region.
- City breaks: You are right in between the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund and the rose city of Molde. Both can be reached within an hour (including a scenic ferry ride).
- Highlights: World-famous attractions such as Trollstigen, Geiranger and the Atlantic Road (Atlanterhavsveien) are perfect destinations for a day trip by car.
- Walking: You don't even need to take the car. Right behind our property and in the immediate vicinity of Rekdal, several hiking trails start. From easy walks along the coast to challenging treks into the mountains for spectacular views.
