Practical information: motorhome pitches

To make your stay as smooth as possible, we have listed the most important practical matters for you.

🕒 Arrival and departure

• Check-in: We are usually present until 21:00. Coming later? Feel free to find your own spot and report the next morning.
• Check-out: We ask you to leave the pitch on the day of departure before 14:00 release.
• 🛥️ Boat & Instruction: Are you also renting a boat? Please note that you will receive mandatory safety and boat instruction before you are allowed on the water.

♻️ Waste separation (Important!) 

In Norway, we are very strict on separating waste. You will find several bins in your flat. We urge you to separate the waste sorted deposited in the appropriate containers on site.

• 📄 Paper & Cardboard: This container may also contain drinking and milk cartons. (Blue lid)
• 🥫 Glass & Metal: These may be put together in the bin provided. (Orange Lid)
• 🍏 Food waste (GFT): Please put in the special container for organic waste. (Green lid)
• 🧴 Plastic: Plastic containers belong in the small container. Note: Do you have large bags of plastic? Then put these next to the container (do not stuff it in please).

All other waste goes in the residual waste container. We thank you very much for sorting it properly; this prevents us from having to sort it out manually afterwards.

🐶 Dogs & Game Picking (Important!)

Dogs are welcome, but we have an important hygiene request. We actively do game picking throughout our property.
- Food is everywhere: Not only berry bushes, but also grasses and wild plants are used by us in cooking. What may seem ‘just grass’ or weeds to you, is often an ingredient to us.
- Walking rule: To keep our harvest clean, we urge you to walk your dog outside the grounds/fence for a pee break.
- Accident? If anything does happen on the premises, please clean it up immediately and thoroughly.
